Glamp Dining for Warehouse Taproom
Warehouse Taproom was looking for an innovative way to create safe dining experiences while expanding their outdoor seating capacity as restaurants were given the guidance to reopen in June from Covid-19 mandates. In partnership with Epic Glamping, Warehouse Taproom introduced a double-weekend Glamp Dining Experience where parties of 6 and under dined in a luxury yurt with fare from Warehouse Taproom and nightly live music.

Adhered to social distancing guidelines
Followed a budget
Utilized an online reservation platform
Create processes that did not strain restaurant outdoor seating operations

The Experience.
Warehouse Tap Room’s Glamp Dining was spotlighted by Washington County for providing an innovative reopening experience in light of Covid-19. Glamp Dining doubled the restaurant’s outdoor seating capacity, seating an additional 47 parties and completely selling out two time slots.
Glamp Dining parties arrived at Warehouse Tap Room in time slots varied by 15 minutes to promote social distancing upon arrival. Hostesses checked them in and walked them to their private yurts. Hosts took their orders and delivered their meals in picnic baskets for guests to unwrap. While tables were adorned with upscale plasticware, and all items on the tables were disinfected between parties. For guests who preferred minimal contact, parties had the option to pre-order their meals online.
Each yurt had a fan to negate the June heat and chilled water bottles were available for guests. Yurts were staged by Epic Glamping and ALLAUR.
