Job Description:

As a Social Media Management Intern, your focus will be on learning how to use our schedule softwares to schedule content, monitor performance and track results. You’ll work closely with our project manager(s) and strategist(s) and have the opportunity to offer creative ideas to help our team produce innovative content.

This role is currently a contracted remote position of approximately 5-20 hours / week with potential to turn into greater opportunity! Our HQ is located in Frederick, MD, where we do have desk space available.

Job Responsibilities:

• Working with our Project Manager(s) and Social Media Strategist(s) to schedule content using our content management platforms and track analytics

• Create engaging IG and FB stories 

• Contribute to the creative process of content creation

• Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule

• Prioritize and manage multiple projects

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English

• Excellent Written communication skills

• Detail oriented and organized

• A desire to remain up-to-date with trends, new features and functionalities in social media advertising

• Ability to uncover insights from data and use quantitative methods to answer questions and to find opportunities for optimization
